Welcome to Sutoon. By engaging with our architectural catalog, concierge services, or construction management platform, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service, designed to protect the integrity of your project and our firm.

1. Architectural Services & Intellectual Property

All blueprints, designs, renders, and proposals curated or developed by Sutoon remain the exclusive intellectual property of Sutoon Architectural Excellence until the execution of a formal construction contract. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or execution of our catalog designs by third-party contractors is strictly prohibited and legally actionable.

2. The Fixed-Price Guarantee

Our commitment to transparency means we operate on fixed-price contracts. This guarantee is activated only upon the formal signing of the project agreement and the clearing of the initial milestone deposit. It protects clients from material inflation and hidden contractor fees, subject to the specific terms, timeline, and material scope detailed in your Bespoke Architectural Proposal.

3. Milestone Funding & Verifiable Progress

To bridge the trust gap for our overseas clientele, funds are released sequentially. Clients agree to fund milestones strictly as outlined in their project ledger. Sutoon agrees to provide verifiable, independent engineering inspections and date-stamped site media before requesting subsequent milestone disbursements.

4. Limitation of Liability

While Sutoon assumes full responsibility for the architectural integrity and construction management of its active sites, we are not liable for delays caused by force majeure, extreme weather, governmental regulatory changes, or disputes arising from pre-existing plot ownership issues not disclosed during the consultation phase.

5. Governing Law

Given our dual operational base, the preliminary Terms of Service and digital platform usage are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Site-specific construction contracts will be governed by the applicable laws of Pakistan.
