Foundation
The single decision that decides whether your home lasts fifty years or ten. We treat the foundation with the seriousness it deserves: independent soil testing, engineered excavation depth, anti-termite pre-treatment, and structural concrete poured strictly to the structural engineer's drawings.

Grey Structure
The skeleton of your home. Plinth, columns, load-bearing walls, beam-and-slab roof — all poured and laid to the structural drawings, with third-party cube tests and slump tests on every batch of concrete. This is the longest stage and where most corner-cutting happens on the market. We do not cut corners.

Interior Design & Finishing
Where the home becomes yours. Our Lahore studio handles the full design package — joinery, finishes, lighting, kitchen — and our site team executes it. Every fitting is sourced against a transparent bill of quantities, with at least three branded options per item. No "equivalent" substitutions without your written approval.

Handover & Possession
The day we hand over the keys — and the file. You receive a full as-built dossier: structural drawings, MEP layouts, materials warranties, third-party inspection reports, and a 12-month defect liability period during which we return to fix anything that surfaces.
